PALO MOYÀ 3L 31º
A centuries-old liqueur from the island of Mallorca, obtained by mixing alcohol, sugar, burnt sugar and the infusion and maceration of cinchona bark and gentian roots.
Palo is taken as an aperitif before meals. Serve cold and with ice. The most traditional way is with a siphon.
