TASTING NOTES
Crystal clear, colourless and pure, with silvery reflections and a slight viscosity. On the nose, it is intense, fresh, subtly saline and delicately nuanced.The predominant aromas evoke the sea, coastal cliffs and citrus, with pleasant notes of juniper, sea fennel (Crithmum maritimum) and lemon peel. On the palate, it is flavoursome and vibrant, slightly herbaceous and highly enjoyable. Smooth and gently glyceric in texture, it finishes with an elegant mineral bitterness.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION
Serve in a wide glass filled generously with ice. Add 60ml of Baleàric Nº5 and top with 200ml of a neutral tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of sea fennel and a slice of lime.
