At Licors Moyà 1890, we have been crafting liqueurs with Mallorcan soul for over a century. Faithful to tradition and committed to the future, in 2023 we renewed our Moyà Herbes de Mallorca to offer a more natural and responsible product: more local botanicals, less sugar, and no artificial colorings. The new design, made with recycled glass and sustainable labeling, was awarded the Gold Pentawards, an international recognition that endorses our effort to unite quality, design, and sustainability.
In 2024, the project continued with a strong commitment to the circular economy through the Moyà Recicla program. We collected used and empty Herbes bottles from our customers and, thanks to our alliance with Lafiore, a local company specialized in the artisanal glass-blowing technique, these bottles have been transformed into handcrafted pieces made from recycled glass. Specifically, two models of tumblers were created. One of them has been turned into handmade decorative candles made from soy wax and inspired by the aromas of our most traditional liqueurs. The other model contains exquisite chocolates from the artisanal brand Narez&Cuart, delicately crafted to create unique pairings.
These sustainable gifts are presented as responsible and original alternatives, designed for those who seek not only a present but also an experience connected to environmental preservation. They will be available in our 2025 Christmas Hampers and in our stores.
We understand that this commitment is also a corporate responsibility that must be shared with our consumers. Every bottle of Moyà Herbes symbolizes a firm commitment to the environment and to an ethical and regenerative business model that respects our surroundings. It is the foundation for ensuring the continuity and quality of our legacy.
