Licors Moyà, one of the most iconic producers at Palma’s Mercat de l’Olivar, has been awarded the METRAE Award 2025 for Best Individual Sustainability Project in Valencia. The recognition highlights the company’s strong commitment to circular economy practices, combining artisanal heritage with environmentally responsible innovation, including eco-friendly packaging and glass reuse through collaboration with local artisans.

During the National Meeting of Traditional Markets, the jury praised Licors Moyà’s comprehensive sustainability strategy, including the removal of artificial colourings, the exclusive use of local botanicals, and significant waste reduction — demonstrating how traditional craft and modern sustainability can go hand in hand.
